Monthly Payment: $100 a month for 9 months due the first week of the month Biannual Payment: September and January $445 and $445
Annual Payment: $880
Registration Fee: $15 a student paid in the fall with the first payment
Weeks of Lessons
30 Weeks of student lessons beginning September 13 and ending May 26 Lessons will follow the District 112 calendar. Lessons continue on student days off. Weeks off:
October 18 – 22 Ed Mn
October 22 – 26 Concordia Language Village
November 22– 26 Thanksgiving
December 20 – 31 Winter Break
March 28 – April 1 Spring Break
Two weeks of my choice
Make-up lessons are encouraged to be virtual.
Make up policy:
I try to do the best I can to accommodate schedules.
Students become sick at anytime including during school. Please keep your child home from lessons to avoid spreading it to others.
Fever (100.4F or higher)
Cough
Loss of sense of taste or smell
Shortness of breath
Fatigue
Headache
Muscle or body aches
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea
A 24 hour notice is required for non-emergency absences for a make-up. No shows do not receive a make up.
If I am sick, I will use the make up weeks.
